Did you take a look at Gigabytes product page?

It clears all RAM slots. So only issue would be if you had small ITX mobo and there were some components close to mobo socket.

The possibilities are endless there could be a million things wrong. Try leaving your PC idling for like an hour, is the card OK ? does it still display on the screen ? if yes then do benchmarks until you replicate the issue.

If it crashes under stress there it is probably overheating

Its working now, I cleaned it up and reapplied thermal paste, temp is at 34, and I set the fan from semi-active to active. I was wondering, which do you use? Auros Engine? or Gigabyte Xtreme Graphics? or Both. The two seems similar but Xtreme Graphics has more option, I worried that using both may interfere with either setup. What do guys think?

If you're buying a different power supply then you shouldn't have much issue with cable length from ATX power supplies in that case. If you're really concerned you could use a piece of string to measure out the distance from where the power supply would be to where the cable would go in the case to find the minimum length that the cable needs to be and check on the product specifications page for the power supplies or in reviews for the unit to check the length of the cables that come with the power supply.

It's one of those I lost my stock cooler so I need a cheap one to replace it that is a little better things. But thats for intel. It will probably perform about the same and maybe a little bit better than the stock one but of you really want better cooling it's best to just get a cheap but good tower cooler. Either way the stock amd cooler should be good enough.
