i just bought my pc a week ago and i already need a better cpu .-.

i play on ethernet, aslo with my old system witch had a gtx 960, i5 6600k 8gb ram i got around 70 to 80 fps in gta online on high to medium settings

Hi, I'm a new user here and am asking for your help. I've been trying to run GTA 5 and have been seeing really low GPU usage and fairly high CPU usage, though this is on a high end system. My specs are: i5-9400f: mohterboard asus rog strix b360-F gaming RTX 2070 SUPER rog strix advanced edition 16gb 3200mhz ram 1tb M.2 SSD I get around 70-140 Fps in story mode but in GTA ONLINE i get around 60-70 while being in the city and 30-50 when driving, is anyone having the same issue and can someone please tell me how to fix this
