    so i should check my psu at first and if it didn't work i just change the motherboard?

    So i started having this issue last week where if shutdown the pc, the cpu fan and other fans would just spin at high speed and the cpu debug led turns red. I need to power off the psu for it to work. I tried resetting motherboard, cmos, and many other things but nothing worked. I got an x570 paired with a 3700x. Pc turns off but fans stay spinning until i power off psu!.mp4
