so today a kid asked my friend if he had a mounting bracket from amd chipset for his cooler that he could buy off myfriend. anyway conversation went on and he asked my friend if he could fix a couple bent pins on his brand new fx 8370.... so me and my friend are reading these texts kinda laughing cause this guy obviously isnt tech savvy yet he insists he is... so it goes on, he send a couple pictures and there were many clumps of 5 ish pins that were bent.. so we asked what happened and the guy said idk i put it in my motherboard and closed the retension arm and it bent some pins 0on the cpu and the mobo socket... me and my friend both look at each other cause theres no pins on an amd mobo... so we ask the kid what motherboard he has, he then replies...... an asus saber tooth.... z97........... yup the kid just put an amd cpu into an intel board.... so we tell the kid that its the wrong motherboard and thats for intel. he then replies "no its not you must not know anything... i got it in a bundle on amazon so its the right one" ...... so for some miracle he was able to get a refund on his fx 8370 and get a new one. the sad thing is that hes going to do it all over again when he gets the new cpu..... why cant people listen

as per usual i have my exam tommorrow morning, havent studied and now i find myself looking through the forum..... everydam time

so far ive only been to ontario (i live there so idk if that really counts) quebec, newbrunswick and novascotia

lol, met the guy by chance too, very glad we did, made the trip alot funnier, long story short we pull up to the camping spot near the race track, park next two a big old Winnebago and another one of his friends. its like 12 at night, this old guy with white hair and a beard comes over and asks us if we wanted to go over and drink with them,  said sure, guy opens the side compartment and had a good couple cases of white lightening and aple pie moonshine lol definitely want to make another trip out that way again soon 

well did it a while ago but never posted. got the summer tires and rims on the colorado, in the middle of making a headache rack and got two led pods for reversing at night. ill post a pic when done and painted but here it is with the summers and one with it a litle muddy with my new bike in the back

Sooo went to the Toronto auto show today, just got back from the trip... Was kinda disappointed from last year. Any ways the first five minutes in and I was already cringing at non car people.... First thing I see is a bugatti Chiron... Some younger teen walks by and says to his friend "you think that this is as fast as a huracan ?" kinda took a step back at that one.... Next thing I know I'm at the nissan booth looking at the 2017 gtr, and next thing I know a guy walks by "ya this things sick it's got a big v8 in it.... Wut.... Then my friend sits in it (muscle car guy) he says to me (dude I can't find the dam clutch pedal ?) I started laughing and said buddy she's auto lol.  The rep was standing there my friend just says loudly "why the hell does this Pussy thing have a dam auto ? I wanna slapping that gear stick and shifting redline!"    the rep just stood there and just said buddy there's paddles...

Just bought my second 245. This one has less rust, a turbo, a locker, and the sloppiest shifter ever.
 

no clue never used torque lite only torque pro, got it for free since i signed up for the google rewards survey thing, gives you money for surveys and i saved up enough to buy the app, app works great my truck just doesnt have many sensors so i cant take full advantage of all the gauges the app has, right now i just have the water temp, rpm, speed, throttle, intake air temp and i think vacuum, nut it has everything like a air fuel gauge boost gauge, and pretty much anything you need

so got the vee peak obd2 blue tooth adapter for the truck for christmas and got the torque app for my phone... honestly love it soo much, very easy to use and the app shows you any fault codes clearly and explains and you can see all the sensor data for the vehicle.... ts great i can use the remote start on my truck and just open the app and check the water temp to see if i should even bother going out and jumping in or if i should just wait for a bit more all from the comfort of my bedroom

the exhaust spins a turbine that spins a shaft that spins another turbine on the other side, that turbine sucks in air, compresses it and forces it into your engine to allow more air and thus more fuel into the engine at a higher rate possible atmospheric pressure,creating more power
 
 

well finally got my colorado after a couple weeks of my dad looking for a new truck. also just got a dumping of snow.... 4wd snow drifting is very easy and control able in it...... definitely gonna have fun this winter

if my friend pulls the trigger on building a pc (which means him buying parts and me building it lol) ill do a legit how to for eevery step until its up and running ready to play games, since my friend is litterally a noob and has never done it before

Rebuilding the 350 Chev for the corvette again, this time stroked out to 383 with much stronger and lighter internals. Put together for show atm, just have to go around and make sure the bottom end is tightened up to spec and then move onto assembling the heads.
