  1. Hello everyone! I am facing a Problem which 2 IT students couldnt figure out in about 10 hours of troubleshooting. I got myself a 3 New fans for the Front of my PC Case (Dark Base Pro 900). After installing them, my SSD started acting up and i thought it was just a cable error and checked the cables, was all good. SSD had my OS installed and just wouldnt boot. "please select a proper boot device and reboot". So i thought maybe my Windows just randomly got screwed up and reinstalled Windows. SSD booted up like 2 times into windows and then suddenly stopped again, so same procedure. nothing. I tried different HDDs and SSDs, it was booting flawless with them. I thought maybe it was bad luck and my SSD just died. So i went ahead and bought myself a M.2. Installed windows and all good. (my main SSD was still working btw, but just not booting into windows. Couldnt figure out why.) After installing the M.2 and Windows, etc. i started reconnecting my HDDs and SSDs. This is where things got real messed up. 2 Hard drives showing when booting, reboot, only 1, reboot again - none. We were unpluging and repluging cables for about 5 hours trying to figure out if a Hard drive, a SATA cable, or a PSU cable died. All cables are working just fine and so do the Harddrives. So we started installing one Hard drive and boot, then 2 and boot, then 3. etc. It stops working when i connect 2 HDDs at the same time. All SSDs + 1 HDD works, but 0 SSDs and 2 HDDs don't. i really cant tell if its the HDDs, the Mainboard or Windows. We basically tried everything and no result. It was working just fine and the it suddenly stopped. I really hope someone could help me out in here. Thanks in advance. My Specs: i7 6700K MSI Gaming Pro Carbon Z270 MSI GTX 1070 16 GB DDR4 Trident Z Ram 750W Corsair PSU.
  2. No matter what i choose, it still stays on rainbow by default. can't even turn them off or something
  3. I tried that, it just doesnt change anything on the RAM sticks, i usually try to change them off first to see if there is actually any interaction with the Ram but nothing happens. BIOS is up to date and reinstalled windows twice now just to make sure.
  4. Hello Guys! I've been searching for a few days now to fix my problem with the G.Skill Trident Z RGB RAM. I am running a 6700K on a MSI Z270 Gaming Pro Carbon for 2 weeks now and got myself the G.Skill RGB RAM. Yet after plenty of hours of trying and searching i can't find a software that can actually control the RGBs on the Ram sticks. I got it running with Aura Sync but since i dont have any Asus components it caused alot of crashing and bugs while trying to start games. MSI mystic light/Dragon center just dont recognize the RAM, neither does the Original G.skill software. Does any of you maybe know any fixes? T Thanks in Advance!
