    ohh i misread your question haha 2600 is around 150$ and the 3300X is not available yet but in linus' latest video he says it is around 120$ in the US so it will be around 150$ in my county

    gtx 1660 is 250-300$ rx 5700 around 400$

    Not in the US. That is my main problem. All parts are more expensive in my country

    My budget is around 450$.2600 is a 6-core and the 3300X is a quad core but the 3300X has a higher clock speed so I can't decide. I am planning to use it mosly for gaming

    No. They have to be plugged in when booting the laptop.

    I have a Dell Inspiron 15-5800. When I unplug the headphones and plug them back in, the laptop doesn't recognize them. When I restart it, it recognizes them. Running Win10 and all the latest drivers.
