I just re downloaded the correct driver and there is no difference. Also, it's not limited to games so not a game file issue.

I'm not sure the exact cause of this issue, but I believe the graphics card in my PC is causing graphical issues as I've eliminated my monitor and HDMI. Looking for suggestions on what is happening, as well as what I could do to fix it. This issue happens with any game I play as well as artifacts and discolored pixels in PC menus.
