    here it is, it's crazy how it feels slow even to start windows

    I'm getting like 5 - 10% Throttling on OC, idk whether it is ok or not

    Didn't even check HT option btw I don't have any screenshots, but I'll run on default settings then OC just to double check the results.

    So, I'm kind of a rookie when it comes to ocing my rig, but it's more of a necessity because my GPU is screwed up, and I need to improve my render time on Blender and other softwares I use. I'm running the cpu at 4.5ghz 1.3v, left the uncore ratio on auto to change it later, didn't notice any instability in Aida64, but when I run any benchmark like cinebench, the results drops awfully bad. At first, on 3.0ghz it gave me 1809 points on cinebench, after OC at 4.5 I got only 800ish points. Can anyone give me a hand on it? my setup i7 5960x Gigabyte GA-X99 gaming g1 16gb ram GTX 660 ti 3gb
