I would like to have your opinion on an Important matter For Me.
I am going to build an AMD based PC for professional Video Editing purpose.
I live in INDIA And some important components are going to purchase from canada, because they are cheaper there and my cousin is coming from canada around march this year to INDIA
So, i have never build a pc myself, and not sure if these components are compatible or not.
I have around 1400-1500 Canadian dollar budget.
i am going to install Windows XP (Because One particular Video editing software [Avid Liquid 7] run only on XP) and Windows 7 on new ssd.
i only searched prices at amazon.ca. but open for new site sugessions but it has to be a reputable site in canada. 1) CPU:- Please recommend one of these.

- only going to use stock cpu fan.
- not going to overclock. Extra Q. In these which one is better = 3600x or 2700x.
2) Extra fans and thermals - i don't know anything about it. i keep my Case/chessy always open from one side. Please comment if you have any recommendation.
- i don't use any AC. Only ceiling Fan and Air Cooler in Summer. 3) Graphics Card:- please recommend.
Budget for this is 400$.
I heard that for video editing - NVIDIA
And for gaming - AMD. But it would also depend on editing software. Because of Nvidia's CUDA, and Amd's OpenGL technology. Some software works better with nvidia and some works better with amd.
- By the way i am using EDIUS 8 for video editing.
- it should be atleast gddr5, better if gddr6. 4) SSD - Please recommend.
- gen. 4 serbent or corsair or any better with heatsync.
- i am going to use it only for 2 operating systems and not for storage purpose.
- budget is 150-200$.
- For Storage, i already have Three 2tb WD Hdds. 5) Monitor:- i am currently using a DEL 21 inch LED or LCD i don't know.
i have no intention to change it. 6) Peripherals :- no intention to change mice, keyboard, monitor and sound system. 7) RAM:- please recommend.
i am thinking 2x8 gb = 16gb would suffice for dual band.
And all brands 3600mhz are available from 100$ to 130$. ? Motherboard:- please recommend.
Budget for motherboard is around 300$.
I don't have any particular requirement, But,
- It should be ATX or gaming, not small.
- Don't have to have wifi or bluetooth, but better if it has.
- should have m.2 port for ssd.
- Better if it has pcie 4.0. 9) Power supply:- please recommend
I already have coolar master thunder 500w, i don't know if it would suffice.
- budget for this is 100$ if i have to
purchase a new one. 10) Chessy/Case : - please recommend.

- Budget can be tweaked for hardwares. at your will But max budget is 1500$.
- AND if there would be any problem of voltage and ampere from canada and india. INDIAN household electricity voltage is 220v-250v. (Answered)
