  1. Hi. I'm not sure if this is a good place to ask, if not I would apreciate if you could move the topic to the proper place. I have a small office problem. I'm required to change " - " to "-" in over 17k positions in our dektop app. Unforcunately I dont have access to do it in a database. My only option is just simply clicking though it. The workflow is quite simple its just.... EDIT --> find " - " in 2 boxes --> remove the spaces --> save --> repeat. I was thinking about writing a macro to do it but I'm not rly sure how to get to it. Would someone have any recomendations? It would have to be a macro assigned to one of my keyboards keys (the keyboard is a basic office one). It would have to work basicly like a "find and replace" function but in chrome (the app is web based) Would rly apreciate and help. Plz dont kill me if for pourly wording things I hope its understandable EDIT: the other option would be just a simple macro to execute : backspace --> left arrow --> backspace (or backspace--> backspace --> backspace--> "-" but the full find and replace macro would be the best option
  2. I'm planning to build a new PC based on a few used parts I have. It's main purpose would be Gis workflows and semi-workstation workloads. my budget is around 400-500 $ to complete it. I'm based in Poland but I know that its hard to find part prices there. The German ones are quite similar though. Parts I already have are: Case: NZXT H500 MOBO: B450 Aorus Elite PSU: EVGA 500W Bronze I'm looking for CPU/GPU/RAM/m.2 SSD/HDD recomendations. I'm considering changing the PSU as well. It's fine but not the best i can get Would apreciate eny help.
  3. K. thx 4 help. I gues i just have to look though all of em and try to find something that suits me. I might reopen this just to confirm my choice
  4. K it seems I havn't clarified things I'm looking for something small. Don't rly have a case or mobo type preference. I'm located in Poland (which might be a pain as well couse i dont have a lot of States/Canada based stores here) My budget is about 250-300$ for MOBO+Case+PSU Maby choosing an mATX case would be better couse the MOBOs are cheaper ? Thx for the lsit boggy but the case doesnt suit me at all Just not my estetic
  5. Corrected it already. Thx. Just realised myself
  6. Hi. My current case has been damaged recentely and I'm planning to move from a normal ATX case (NZXT H500) to a smaller one. As of now I chose H200 as the best option. I'm planning to move my whole old rig to it. And here is where i need help. My curent spec is: Aorus B450 Elite Ryzen 5 2600 + stock cooler GTX 1070 Ti Rog Strix EVGA 500W PSU (The cheap modular one) I have a 2.5" HDD and SSD as well as 2 M.2 SSDs Moving to a Mini-ITX enclosure i have to change my MOBO. I'm on a tight budget so I'm not rly sure what MOBO to choose. Could enyone recomend something? The only real requirement is that it needs to support my 4 drives. WiFi would be great as well though. I was also thinking about changing my PSU couse the lack of modularity might be a huge pain in a smaller case. Eny recomendations on a cheap semi-modeluar or modular one ? The last question I have is whether the case i chose is any good ? The reviews are all fine etc but is there maby a cheaper or better case with a semilar estetic (tempered glass panel is a must, i gues I'm kind of a snob in that regard) I would rly apreciate eny help i can get. Sorry for eny spelling mistakes etc. What can I say. They happen if your not native
  7. I've found the problem. It seems that although I had my Sata drives conected to sata2/3 ports the M2B slot blocks em as well. I gues i should i just reconect em to SATA 0/1 Thx for help
  8. Thx for help. The only problem is that i have both of my SATA drived connected to SATA 2/3 ports which should be enabled even while using both SSDs
  9. Hi. Before we start. English is not my native language so don't kill me if I make mistakes The problem that is driving me mad is as follows: Before today I've had 3 drives installed in my PC: 250 GB 860 EVO M.2 SSD - Boot 1 TB Seagate Baracuda HDD 128 GB 840 PRO Sata SSD I've decided that I would rly use an SSD dedicated to gaming couse I'm using the already installed SSD for things work related. I've bought an 250 GB 970 EVO M.2 SSD I've installed it and here started the problems. After installing it my other drives (the sata conected ones not the boot one) disapeared. Neither BIOS nor Win recognises em. The fun fact is that the new M.2 ssd works fine. After disconecting it everything comes back to normal. All the drives are detected etc. I've tried reconecting the cables etc just in case. Nothing seems to be working. Checked the BIOS settings and it seems that they are fine. both SATA conector types are enabled. My specs: Win 10 Pro 64 bit BIOS has never been updated but i doubt it would be a BIOS version problem couse the new ssd works fine on its own Ryzen 5 2600 B450 Aorus Elite MOBO 32 GB (4x8GB) DDR4 3000 MHz Corsair Vengance GTX 1070Ti Strix EVGA 500 W PSU (Bronze cert.) Would apreciate eny help i can get.
