  1. I'll check the motherboard for bios updates now
  2. They do but none of them are on from what I can see.
  3. I'm getting nothing on screen, no post, should I try with just 1 ram stick in the second slot?
  4. I've tried all of those except for plugging my display cable into the motherboard. Also the 4th ram slots clip is broken but the ram seems to be seated correctly, could that be a cause of no display?
  5. I recently built my pc, I went to turn it on, pressed the power button and the fans on the CPU and case spin for one second and stop, GPU fans keep spinning but there is nothing on the monitor. Rgb stays on. Motherboard rgb is on before and after I press the power button. I'm not sure why I'm not getting anything on display, can somebody please help? 6. All Good, I've reset my PC, definitely not going to trust sketchy stuff anymore to save me all the hassle. Thanks for all the help everyone, this place was of much more help than reddit...
  7. Gonna be completely honest here, i was comparing it to FL Studio, and since i've never worked with music before, i decided to learn something new over the quarantine. But yeah, definitely going to be a lot more careful, possibly trying to find free trials instead.
  8. i can't find the systems.exe file location. If i go into start up and try to find its location, both 'open file lcoation' and 'properties' are greyed out, the only option to choose being search online.
  9. yeah, i thought it came from that tbh
  10. running as admin does allow me to close it, and thats the exact location of the file.
  11. I have malwarebytes, but it doesn't detect it, trying to shut it down in task manager stops task manager from working.
  12. Very suspicious task running in task manager, any ideas and is it dangerous?
  13. AUS, About 150$AUD, ill be upgrading not too long after the purchase, mainly a placeholder for some light gaming for a few months.

  16. Was that meant to be a joke or a common misunderstanding. He was talking about how his i5, which he bought years ago, in comparison to the 3200g. He isn't the creator of this thread, i am, he was just being relatable and voicing his own experience. I'm not trying to be a 12 year old trying to get in an arguement, i was just trying to help you understand, sorry if it may come off that way. as for your suggestion though, it may be worth waiting for the ryzen 4000 series, but it may still be a year or two away.
  17. Yeah, i think i'd eventually upgrade to a r5 3600 - r7 3700x, as for the gpu i would probably get a 2070 super, or wait for the new AMD/Nvidia gpus to be released
  18. i dont want to bother you, but if you could, please put it in a pc part so i could have a better perspective of it.
  19. Yeah, i guess, but i'm planning on upgrading not too long after i buy the initial pc, i just need a base pc for school work atm and light games, i will definitely upgrade a few months down the line.
