    Yeah, It's a normal S9 it just won't update or recognize any new updates like 9.0+.

    I considered flashing an update to it, but I don't know how and where to get my specific firmware.

    For me, It's mostly me wanting to be able to access some of the features and also be able to keep security updates and such since it won't let me update at all.

    Hello, I recently got a S9 (refurbished) and when I went to update it from Android 8, it didn't have any updates. Knowing how my old S8 is on android 9 I was trying to find out what happened. I checked Smart Switch, didn't say it had an update. Tried resetting to factory settings 3 times (didn't work). Clearing the cache didn't help either, even though so many recommend it to me. After 2 hours i gave up and here I am. I have no clue what to do or how to get it to Android 9. I can't really get to a Samsung or Carrier shop to get them to flash it so I'm trying to find fixes I can do. Any help is appreciated!!
