  1. So my card has good idle temps and good load temps, but i notice whenever i pause a game the temperatures go up by generally 2-4C and stay in that area. Is this normal or is there something wrong with my card? Card is the Red Dragon RX 5700XT.
  2. Thanks man. Sorry about the stupid ass questions, been paranoid as of late. Again, thank you for your help. Cheers!
  3. Used HWMonitor. Not sure if its reputable or not though.
  4. Think she could hold me until i pick up a new PSU? or can it survive for a bit?
  5. +5v=5.122v +3.3v=3.408 +12v=11.933v PSU is the 700W EVGA GD 80+ gold. What worries me is the 12v rail, it looks its on its way out. How long could i get by with it if it is? i really wont have any money until next month to replace it. or could i RMA it the way it is?
  6. Its weird as fuck, might just pick up a new mobo once my returns get here. anyways, thanks man. Cheers!
  7. Tried my mom's generic ass mouse, sound still persisted. tried tweaking polling rate. still there. listening again it sounds like its right in the area of the capacitor, most notably the one thats next to my bottom right bracket on my pump. yup tried playing the witcher 3 uncapped to get it going to see if it was coil whine from my gpu, nothing. only happens when scrolling.
  8. Yes sir/ma'm , only makes it when scrolling. Currently not at my computer so i cant record it, think of it as a fly buzzing except not as audible, very faint. its hard to explain. >what area of the CPU? To the right of my AIO pump a bit.
  9. As the title says recently i've heard a buzzing noise coming from my motherboard, it only happens when i scroll my mouse. I don't ever hear the noise when im playing a game. I used the paper cone trick and tracked it to an area around the cpu. Is this potentially harmful to my system or is it another component making this noise? can motherboards even MAKE a buzzing noise like that? MOBO is asrock b450 steel legend if that helps.
  10. Well. I suppose you're right. Thanks for your help man.
  11. Sweet, answered my question perfectly. Thanks man, cheers!
  12. Does the GT 710 need any external power connectors or does it pull power off the mobo? I really don't like running 3 monitors off of my 5700XT, thus why im asking this question. Would i face any issues with the GT 710 and RX 5700XT running together?
  13. lmao. i suppose if it was my cpu or gpu going out i'd fucking know by now. love my 5700xt but god damn do their drivers suck ass, even the whql drivers will still find a way to autism every now and then. thanks home boy
  14. While i was watching youtube both of my monitors started flickering. A restart seemed to fix it but what could it have been? Specs are RX5700XT, Ryzen 7 2700 and 32GB of DDR4
  15. Sweet, thanks. The temps in other games are not nearly as crazy as the witcher, *relief at its finest*. Cheers boyo.
