I got crashed constantly while playing Mass Effect Andromeda. It says this:
I have cleant install using DDU and updated to the newest driver (452.06). Here's a dxdiag report if you.
-
I have a 2060 super, 16gb ram, window 10. I recently updated to the newest driver using DDU in safe mode then install the driver in normal mode. I randomly got crashed or freeze while playing video games such as Mass Effect Andromeda, Outer World, Monster Hunter World. Most of the times, it stuttered a bit then freeze, then either stay freeze or crash to desktop, in which the desktop flickering for a moment before returning to normal. Sometimes, I heard a sound in the headphone right before the crash, it's as if an usb is connected to the pc, you know that sound right? Once I got a message like this: https://imgur.com/a/SDUjcHl
I just bought the pc for 6 months. I dont overclocked my gpu. I dont remember what was the driver version I used to have before updating. The tempurature of the pc is very normal. I dont have any trouble when I am not playing games. Other than Monster Hunter World, I have never played Mass Effect or Outer World before all of this happened. I only know that MHW kept crashing after updating to the new driver. This is the CPUID file if you are interested: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1pVTlneM7ddiNHW5VE164VT5c8_MxoUb-KoccDjawj2I/edit?usp=sharing
Help please, it's driving me crazy. I have tried installing different version of the driver, adding the TrdLevel file to regedit, remove antivirus, none of them works. Linus, please send tech tips!

Is this happening only with one specific game? Have you tried running the game both in fullscreen and borderless mode?
Also, 451.48 has been really unstable for me with a 2070 Super, I went back to 446.14 yesterday and it solved a number of issues I've been having. I'd give that a shot also.
Yes, with multiple games. All the same. I only got this problem recently with the newest update! Oh crap, may be that is where the issue is. I will back down to the older version and see if the problem continues.
Edit: it still happen. So probably not because of the version of the driver.

So I play games and i need to alt-tab to do something on the other monitor, and I can do that just fine but sometimes when i try to alt-tab back into the fullscreen game the drivers crash and my monitors turn off for a brief moment before coming back on. So far it hasn't happened when i try to bring the game back up by clicking on the icon on the task bar. Why so? And how can I do to stop that? i am using 2060 card btw. Already updated to newest version too.

I had this issue before, after much troubleshooting it turned out to be a bad drive.
What do you mean bad drive?

I cannot find out any info on a Lenovo "0560" tablet but if its an Android tablet, however if it is an Android tablet, and if it is recent enough you can hard reboot it by holding down the power button for 10s. However your battery could have swollen and the heat could have damaged the display, so it might be toast.
Thanks you. I tried. And yes, it did die...the battery is....burning hot and I think it's a bit swollen.
-
I was charging the tablet as usual. However, I overslept and found it became very hot around 7 hours later. There's a white patch (not a scratch) in the middle of the screen and the tablet is freezed, I cant turn it on/off. Is it dead?
-
Please check my build. Also, my country is a bit hot so I am planning to buy more case fans. How should I configure the case fans? The case itself came with 2 front fans and 1 rear fan.

The M8V has a newer controller with newer 3D TLC...so it's better.
I see thanks you.

Hmm. According to my spreadsheet, the S3C is SM2254-based while the M8V is SM2258-based. My note indicates that the SM2254 is likely a custom SM2256, which is the SM2258's precursor that works with 2D/planar TLC.
So....which is better? I am at lost.

Same price, same storage capacity, same SATA 3.5. So why there are two of them with slightly different names?

If you wait, just a little longer, you could get a better deal than that, possibly. Key to this is patience.
What is coming that making waiting a little longer would give him a better deal?

Check other games to see if the problem is insistent. RDR2 is badly optimization and all of the fixes so far just made people even more angry. There's a reason why it got mostly negative when it was first released on Steam.

This makes a lot of sense. I have been wondering all day why this has been happening, but your explaination is perfect if correct(probably is). Thank you.
Technically speaking, 2700x can be a bit bottleneck your pc.

The Techware Nexus is essentially a NZXT S340 (the predecessor to the NZXT H500) The airflow is fine, but depending on how much you want to overclock that R5 3600, it might get fairly warm. Same with the RTX 2060. (Warm = >80ºC)
The NR400 would better ensure you have adequate airflow for the system you're building
Thanks you for your reply. I calculated a bit and in my place, the price of a non-stock cooler (deepcool gammaxx 400) + 2 extra fan for the Nexus M case is just about the same price of the NR400 + 1 extra fan. If so, then should I still stick with the NR400? Does the non-stock cooler have any significant impact to the temp of the CPU?

Just now, DoctorNick said:
I would go with Tecware or NR400
Oh thanks. People said the normal Nexus case (not the mini one) has pretty bad airflow so I didnt really expect much from the mini-version.
-
I have these options:
_Cooler Master RC 343
_Tecware Nexus M
_DEEPCOOL Matrexx 30
_Cooler Master MasterBox NR400
_Cooler Master N200
Which one is the best (airflow, quality, ect ect)? It's really limited but there's not much to choose from in my country. I dont care about the look as long as it works and fits my build. This is my build:
-
My planned build is: ryzen 3600, B450 tomahawk, 2060 ventus, MWE gold 650. I want find a case that can fit my build (obviously) and not very heavy. And there's no Fractal case in my country so it's hard to choose one. Currently, I have some candidates such as:
_Aerocool Aero 800
_Deepcool E-shield
_Coolermaster K380
_Deepcool Matrexx 55
_Coolermaster NR600
Which of these cases are decent, light and have good airflow?

I only got crashed playing some certain games (Monster Hunter World, Mass Effect Andromeda, Outer World) and only after I updated to the newest driver. It's funny that you asked because my page file value has kept changing dramatically and I have no idea how. I have updated my window to the newest version too.
