I backed it up using Windows, and the PC I used to backup all the files was sold.

About 5 months ago, I backed up all my files from my old PC to a external HDD so that I could transfer them over to a new one that I had built about 3 weeks ago. Thing is, I don't know how I can transfer these files over. I called Microsoft and they were no help. Is there a way to transfer these files on to my new PC or transfer specific ones onto another HDD?

Ryzen 7 2700 Zotac 2060 B450 Gaming Plus Max G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4 2X8 First time booting up everything seemed to work. I got the system config confirmation and then it went straight to the BIOS menu. I didn't do much with it other than just look around it. No changes other than the date and then I closed it down, shut off the PC and went to download windows onto my USB stick. Now Everytime I try to power the PC on and boot up the BIOS, I get nothing. No lights from keyboard and mouse, no response on screen from GPU, all the fans in the system work and the lights from the CPU fan work just fine, but nothing else.
