  1. Opera has been having some problems lately. Since the aquisition by a Chinese company and the change of CEO I personally stopped using it. Maybe give this a read: https://www.ghacks.net/2020/01/19/what-is-going-on-at-opera-software/ I've been using Firefox and so far so good, since I didn't use many of the features that you mention.
  2. The Logitech F310 is 22€ in my country, the Logitech F710 is 30€ and the Xbox controller + the PC adapter is 45€. I used to play with keyboard but I've picked up FIFA and Forza and I'd prefer a controller. Which one should I buy and why?
  3. Ooh ok. Thanks for the clarification guys
  4. Why does Linus always turn motion blur off when testing games and say it's bad?
  5. That would be another solution I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  6. I thought my specs appeared in my profile haha. I currently have a Ryzen 5 3600, vengeance lpx 3000 MHz RAM, and a GTX 1650. I mostly play Sekiro, Forza Horizon 4 and Battletech but I keep switching games so an all-rounder card would be the best I think.
  7. Hi, I was given a 1080p 144Hz monitor as a present, but my graphics card won't get over 100 in most games when selecting high settings, so I was wondering what would be the cheapest new card that would allow me to reach more or less consistently 120 or more fps.
  8. Yes, I have it. I'm thinking what rcmaehl suggested was in order to get the connection without actually running a cable am I right? Also thanks for the advice will check it out.
  9. I've always had the home router in my room, since that's where the main computer is, but last week we decided to get cable TV to watch soccer and the installers said the router had to be moved to the living room. So now it's great because I can watch my favourite team and there's a stronger connection throughout the house, but signal in my room is really weak. I have an ethernet cable run all the way from the router to the main pc in my room and I've been using it as a hotspot from time to time, but it's not a practical solution. I was wondering how could I use the ethernet cable to create a permanent WI-FI network and still have an ethernet cable plugged into the computer for the fastest download speeds (I don't want to connect the main pc to the new WI-FI network).
  10. They are pretty similar cards in terms of performance, so at the same price I'd say 1660Ti because it's newer, but costing 50$ less, the 1070 is just the better value and I'd save the money.
  11. You can't expect more fps with that kind of graphics horsepower. If you are tight on a budget and your concern is just Roblox and Minecraft being playable, I'd say a newer card is totally worth it. Spending something like 50$ will make a huge difference. If you have a bigger budget thought, something like 250-300$, building a budget computer is a better idea than just upgrading graphics.
  12. Not sure how to check if it is or not. There's a picture...
  13. The discounted model is the PowerColor Radeon RX 5700 XT 8GB GDDR6. Yours may have to be imported or something because it costs over 500€ here lol
