    UPDATE.

With the gpu removed, i played bioshock infinite on ultra, (SO LAGGY) for about 10-15 mins, where it would usually give the lines, and no such thing... so might be that... might throw it back in and see how long it takes to get the lines again. its usually pretty quick

First try onboard graphics to see if it's your GPU. If it gives no lines, but of course will have lag, then it was the GPU.
If you have another monitor, try that afterwards.

A general rule of thumb is that you can cool up to 300w on a 120.1 radiator with high rpm (read: LOUD) fans. What a lot of people go with is a 120.5 for this kind of setup (I do) so that could be 1 360mm for the 2 GPU's and 1 240mm  for the CPU. However you could probably get away with a total of 120.4 (say x2 240mm rads) with medium to high rpm fans and still be fine.

Personally, if you have the space I would go for 120.5 then you know you have plenty of cooling capacity.

In terms of radiator brands. XSPC make cheap and fairly slim rad's that perform nearly as good as more expensive thicker rads. Alphacool make very good rads and so do swiftech. The alphacool UT60 is one of the best performers but it is quite thick (60mm) so can cause mobo clearance issues when mounted in the top of your case. The alphacool ST30 (30mm thick) or swiftech MCR-XP (34mm) are my personal picks as they are thin and perform close to that of the 60mm rads.

Hope that answers your questions. Watercooling can be a bit daunting when you first get into it as there is so many different opinions and products/styles to choose from. The key always is to plan everything first, then double check, then triple check as you can waste a lot of money buying the wrong parts that wont fit or work in your specific build.

All i'm thinking is there better be something crazy going on inside this bookshelf to warrant that amount of rad space. if you just kept all your drives in one shelf (ssd, hdds, opticals and whatnot) then the mobo with the cooling loop in another, nice leds or somthing to show it off. then have the Phobya 1080 Rad (like @Butterfish had said) at the side or back or even the next shelf with some airflow going on through the sides, and the res. Having it so spread out will need more than necessary amount of fans, money and noise.

I generally assume everything off ebay is counterfeit. But you do get the occasional real items

    HI guys,
Been watching the Youtube channel for a while now, and have finally bought my first budget gaming rig.
My name is Ryan and i'm 21 from Australia. I am a diesel mechanic and have not had much experience building computers or anything like this really.

This is what it will be (should be delivered in the coming days)

    - Corsair Graphite 230T Case Black
    - ASRock FM2A88X+ Killer Motherboard
    - AMD A8 6600K 4-Core Processor
    - Sapphire Radeon R9 280X Dual-X OC 3GB  - Corsair Dominator Platinum 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 - Corsair CS750M Modular 80 Plus Gold Power Supply - Samsung 840 EVO Series 120GB SSD - Western Digital WD Green 1TB  - 3x Toshiba 500GB HDD - Samsung SH-224DB 24x DVDRW OEM - 8x Astrotek SATA III Cable Red Nylon 30cm - Xbox 360 Black Wired Controller for Windows   Monitor is a 50" Samsung smart TV, and wireless Logitech keyboard/mouse.   The 3 toshiba hdds weren't in the plans but they were found in a cupboard at work, brand new and were going to the bin, so i took them for some raid 0 storage, can never have too much i suppose.   In the future i plan on watercooling the CPU with a Corsair Hydro Series 140mm CPU Cooler, and getting another set of the Corsair Dominator Platinum 8GB.    -Ryan

Corsair Link is basically a thing that integrates case fans, lighting, compatible Corsair PSUs, and Hydro series coolers into this thing that connects to a USB header to your board, and you can control and monitor temperatures, RPM, water temperature, and adjust cooling accordingly.

Hi there mate, Welcome to the forums. Tis good to have another Aussie on these forums. We still need a few more Aussies so that we can take over this forum ( Joking). Okay, onto the important stuff. That build does sound rather unbalanced. I would've personally gone with something like the Intel Xeon E3-1230 v3 like I'm going to do (see my sig for my build) or even the i5 4670K if you're on a real tight budget. I then would pair that with a AMD Radeon 280X or a NVIDIA GTX 770. I think that would make a great, well balanced build.
Might I ask what your budget is? This can help others put together a decent build for your budget. At the moment, with that build, it looks as though you may have a bit of bottlenecking going on but I could be wrong about this.

The CPU will hold you back, most likely, not the GPU.
