    Hey guys, So my two year old Barracuda 2TB has recently failed on me. It's still in warranty and I am planning to RMA it. Has anyone here had experiences with Seagate returns before? Are the shipping guidelines like "Secure each unit in 2 inch-thick foam rubber in a corrugated box. Do not use popcorn, peanuts, bubble wrap or newspaper." really required? If so, where is a good, cheap place I could get my hands on some packing foam in Canada? Thanks.
