  1. I was having similar temps with my 5700 xt. I ended up having to re paste the card. When I took the cooler off it had no paste left.
  2. Why not just have someone with an rtx card test it for you?
  3. It can't hurt to repaste the card. It is an older card and it probably needs it.
  4. This. The 12s is a great cooler and comes with a second bracket if you end up wanting a second fan.
  5. I use this coax adapter. https://stoneagegamer.com/coaxial-f-plug-female-adapter-for-atari-7800-atari-5200-atari-2600-colecovision-intellivision.html it is much smaller and should work with your tv
  6. I hope so. The nightmare that was my 5700xt has made me very gun shy about amd and asrock gpu's.
  7. It took 2 RMA's for asrock to get me a working 5700xt. 3rd card has been fine so far.
  8. If i remember right nvida has an audio driver as apart of their drivers suite. Uninstall your drivers with ddu then reinstall making sure the check box for audio is not checked.
  9. I have an ASROCK 5700xt Phantom gaming D that was doing the same thing. Crashes and black screens constantly. I ended up RMA the card 2 times before I got a stable card. My second card was only stable in an overclock. I would look into an RMA as this might just be bad hardware.
  10. I got an asrock phantom gaming d back in February. It has been an absolute nightmare. It took them 3 cards before I got one that would not black screen and constantly crash. This experience has made me leary of Asrock and amd gpus. AMD might have a world beater but until they can do stable drivers and force the board partners to use good chips that are stable. I will always see AMD as second fiddle to Nvidia.
  11. Ec council has an ethical hacker cert https://www.eccouncil.org/
  12. I have an NH-U12a and it is great with my r5 3600. Underload my temps don't go above 50c. I would recommend It.
  13. I do not notice it at all. I was shocked as I have read a single fan can get loud. To see if I could, I have run it with Assassins creed odyssey at 1440p at 95hz and was getting 40 to 50 fps at high settings and did not notice the card being loud at that time.
  14. I have a PNY 1660 super that seems to be running well. it was bought in may so not that old. It is a one fan card and it seems to be built ok and temps are fine. It is in a kids computer that mainly runs Roblox and minecraft so the card is not really pushed at all. As for long term we will see.
  15. Those pins are damaged. Enough to cause issues i don't know but I would suspect so.
  16. A $150 Dollar 1660 super is a great deal. I have a PNY one in a kids computer and have had no issues at all with it.
  17. Another option to look at. An AMD 5600xt is a decent card that is under 300.
  18. As your old motherboard was a micro atx. If you go with an atx board make sure it will work with the case you have.
  19. I am looking at replacing the stock cooler with the ARCTIC Freezer 34 eSports DUO. Is there a better cooler at 50 to 60 bucks and would fit into a Sliverstone RL08?
  20. That is the only cable. I think you are right about the proprietary thing. I tried to find what company made the fan and was unsuccessful. I am just going to put it in a bin and pick up a normal fan.
  21. Quoting this post as I am dumb and did not yesterday.
