Not only is everyone very active in the tech scene, so they will tend to offer less than someone that isn't, they likely don't live where you do, which also drastically changes the amount  you can expect to get. However, I'd temper your expectations. It's old tech, so you should be expecting around at least 3/4 of the original value, if not closer to half. Windows holds no monetary value when you're calculating resale value, nor do the RGB strips or the thermal compound.

Your list is alright. There's no point in getting that cooler, the included one is fine. I would get an SSD, spending $20 more and putting Windows on it makes everything you do faster.

If you are talking about how to install Windows 10,i think you have to download Windows 10 iso on your computer and use it to make a Windows 10 installation disk,then you are able to do a clean Windows 10 installation.

Your system specs. This includes OS (version) Distro if you use linux.
CPU, RAM, motherboard and storage (Yes speed of these things does matter)
2. You said minecraft. What type of minecraft server? is this java or bedrock version?
3. Spemming something is a simple way to get a server to crash.. It's probably your CPU.

Both would essentially do the same thing, but I personally would try to reset Windows first before doing a clean install. 

I hope you guys don’t make your videos like this one! I know this busy style of switching between cameras and cutting out the split second pauses is popular with YouTubers but I really don’t like it. It’s much more pleasant and feels genuine to watch the person talk and sometimes pause to catch their breath or collect their thoughts when they need to instead of just saying a lot really fast and cutting out every moment that they aren’t talking.

Yup, Theme configurations are sync with your account (unless specified otherwise: Settings > Accounts > Sync your settings).
It applies to any system you use your Microsoft linked account. The "casual" gamers will go from console to cloud, and the "hardcore" gamers will continue on PC. If there is ever a game that is cloud only, I simply wont play it. I haven't tested any new features/functionalities of software in a while but Macrium Reflect just works for full disk imaging.  If Lady Fitzgerald chimes in there's usually a ton of useful information. If not, you can search previous topics relating to backups and maybe check out the storage sub-forum for more information as well. @matrixmodulator
