    Hello i turned on my pc was on for like 1 hour 10min and it froze so i turned it off and on again but no output on screen. Fans are spinning leds are on everything is working fine besides video output i checked cables everything is plugged and ok i dont know what to do is 1am

    Hi im here again to ask i did as you guys told me i cleaned the cpu with ipa 91% now the paste is almost gone but some is some left and i cant clean it out is it safe to put in and start pc?
