Okay so I figured that heading to this forum could help me out since I know there's some smart lads here. I have a bit of an issue....
- It all started when I overclocked my RAM speeds a few days ago. The system was fine for a couple of times but eventually the system got into a boot loop.
-I then went to remove the CMOS battery from my ASROCK b450 ProM4 Motherboard, then insert it in again for 15 seconds.
-The system booted normally to Windows 10, yay! I was then using the pc for a while, then a notification popped up, saying something like this: "Please restart your system to install urgent files"
- After a restart, the dreaded BSOD 0xc000021a appeared, and it won't go away, whatever I do!
- I tried various commands in the cmd prompt via the advanced troubleshooting option, such as "cfkdsk /f /r", "sfc /scannow", "dism/online/cleanup-image/restorehealth", but none of them work.
- I have also tried to disable Driver Signature Enforcement, and that didn't work.
- Restoring the PC to an earlier point also did nothing.
-The PC cannot also get into Safe Mode.
Is there any way I can fix this without doing a fresh install of windows, wiping all of my data? Is there a way I can access the dism program from the troubleshooting option? Thank you guys in advance for your help!
