Yeah I’ve tried to plenty of times. I’ve even tried a fresh windows install but it wouldn’t even get near finished because it has to restart a couple of times and on the first restart it freezes

I can’t even do that it would have to restart a couple of times.

I’ve pc has been freezing on restart (only) for a really long while. If I shut it down it’s fine, but if I have to restart for windows update or just a normal restart I can’t. (Im running on 1607...yeah that long) It’s an old Aroura R3. Haven’t changed anything except the graphics card. I’ve posted my problem on Microsoft forums a couple of months ago and tried everything but still nothing. It sucks because I really need the new features 1903 offers and I can’t offord a new pc. Any help is extremely appreciated. I7-2600k 3.40GHz 12Gb Ram GTX 1050TI FTW (Idk if this helps but I have 3Tb HDD, With 250Gb SSD As my Windows drive.)
