  1. Solved, I downloaded the wrong version of my motherboard update
  2. Hello everyone. Today I ran into an error that won't let me update my Z390 F8 BIOS. I want to update it to F10 since it has got a new optimized update for my CPU. https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/Z390-AORUS-MASTER-rev-10/support#support-dl-bios I've downloaded the bios update from my motherboard website and put in the FAT32 quick formated USB which is put in 3.0port. Once I find the update in the BIOS, I proceed to install it and it gives me this error (BIOS ID CHECK ERROR). Any tips what should I do?
  3. Okay I guess Ill go with water cooling. Thanks for all the options and opinions, everyone!;)
  4. I don't feel safe putting it myself, If there is a leak it's an instant death to my pc, lol plus idk what to do and when to change the liquid. While aircooling all you do is use co2 to spray all the dust out, haha
  5. I turned it off first thing out of all, haha
  6. I will look in to it. Maybe I should go to any local pc tech place and they could do it for me with water cooling idk
  7. I don't really know but when stock settings are applied it doesn't care about any throttling like it would reach 15% throttling and over 105celcius temps and still work, and don't give any blue screens. I think it depends on vcore
  8. Noctua sounds good, I don't even know how to apply water coolers plus it's cheaper and inside component temps are just fine gpu always below 60c, motherboard is always 30/40c. Shouldn't make any problems.
  9. Let's say around 100$. But If there is any good cheaper options I would take them.
  10. Because I have zero knowledge in cooling and make dumb decisions, haha
  11. Thank you for the information, maybe you could recommend any good water coolers because I have zero experience with water cooling nor air cooling, only know that Noctua fans are good.
  12. " Hello I wanted to ask for help. I’ve got myself i9 9900KS cpu with hyper 212 led turbo cooler and z390 elite motherboard with 3200 16x2 rams and evo 970 ssd. My CPU temperatures of stock bios settings are above 100c while stress testing. So I changed few settings in bios: Set vcore to 1.235v Changed core speed from (Stock 5.0GHZ) to 4.7ghz Set uncore ration to 4.7ghz to be equal to core speed enabled xmp profile (memory/ram) that’s all I remember doing. Now I am stress testing for 15 minutes and cpu temps are around 95c - zero throttling. Any help? "
