  1. I'll use it once it's out of beta. At the moment, my system is stable, and OCing it to 5 GHz or more is mostly a matter of bragging rights. Has Gigabyte said anything more about the bugs you reported in f11c? I saw a thread on their forum about problems with f11c causing BSODs and generally higher core temps during stress testing.
  2. Cool, thanks. I think I'll wait until F11c is out of beta though.
  3. Hi all, I'm trying to hit 5 GHz with a water-cooled 9900k using the advice in this old thread, and other guides: I'm running into a bit of a problem though: The new firmware I flashed the board with (v F10) has removed the M.I.T tab and rearranged most of the tweaking options. I found most, like VT-d, SpeedShift, C-state control, CPU EIST, RTH, LLC, etc. But I can't find Tj MAX or uncore, nor can I figure out how to set vCore to anything other than auto, normal, or a fixed voltage. It's my understanding that there should be an option to set a vCore voltage offset. Ironically, my first attempt was my best: Just setting the multiplier to 50 and leaving everything else alone. It booted and even managed to run Prime95 for a few minutes before Prime95 started throwing errors. But when I tried setting vCore to a static value, it wouldn't even POST at 5GHz at anything below 1.3v, and wasn't remotely stable at 1.35v. Under load, the system actually powered itself off. I've attached some shots of the current, post CMOS-clear BIOS settings. Please help! I haven't OCed anything since the 4790k days, and I'm way out of my depth here!
