Thats a nice video, but Jay's views on bottlenecking are a little extreme. He uses UV and BF3 for testing, both not exactly CPU-heavy applications compared to other titles. Watch Dogs damn near maxes out my 4670k @ 4.4 GHz and there is no doubt that future titles will continue this trend. As I already said, I don't have any numbers on the performance of the A6 5400k and I doubt that he will have an issue in most games, but the possibility that he might run into future issues with that setup needed to be mentioned.

I don't think a 270x is a low end card to begin with so I think while a second 270x would be great, I have a 270x and 7870 in X-Fire, the cards do get warm and if you like overclocking it would help. I spent $410 on my cards and quite literally get as good performance as a 780 or R9 290 for less cost. I think you would have to search for a universal block though, I have not found anything else. The 270x/7870's are mid-range cards not low end like has been said, don't listen go with what you want to do.

No doubt, but in real world scenarios the difference between that and a high end SSD is probably hardly noticeable. Unlike the difference between that and an HDD. I think it's a great deal if you need a boot drive for a somewhat budget system.

As mentioned by everyone get two gtx 780 tis or if you really want that overkill 6gb memory get two titan blacks and they'd actually run faster due to better thermals (unless you're running an itx system but it is such a waste to throw away $1000 to $1500)

naaa not the same ,running two Titans in SLI vs having Two Titan GPUs and 12GB of vRAM on the same PCB are veeeerrry not the same ,and you wont get same performance

if you want to own it for the show of that you got 12GB and dual titan GPUs in a single card first ,or if you want to run like,,,super high res 3D Suround with giant monitors and ultra details ,crank up the anti aliasing through the roof ,then yes ,get one
