I want to play rdr2 on 1080p 60hz ultra. Since the optimization is pretty bad and the rtx 2080 is the cheapest gpu that can run it 60hz, is it worth buying right now for rdr2 and cyberpunk or should i wait for big navi or nvidia 3000 series.

What are the drivers like after the new update? Is it worth to buy the 5700/XT now? Did it fix most of the issues or should i just save up some money and buy a 2060s/2070?

I recently bought a Ballistix Sport LT 8gb, and it says its 3000mhz, first it was at 2400mhz but i changed it in the msi bios settings to 3000mhz, but then when i checked in CPUZ it says its capped at 1600mhz. How do i change it to 3000mhz. Even in task manager it shows 1600mhz. (Its single channel)

Asus Radeon Rx Vega 64 Rog Strix OC

It is an Asus Radeon rx vega 64 Rog Strix OC. It is not a blower card. Its open air with 3 cooling fans.

I was thinking of buying a high end card and was thinking of a 2070, but then i saw that i can buy a Vega 64 for 200€ and get almost the same performance based on hardware. I looked into it and saw that the Vega is bad with its software. Now after 2 years since its release, are the drivers been updated to the point its worth to buy it for around 200-250€. Energy consumption isnt a problem because i live in a country where electricity is dirt cheap compared to the US.

So I have 2 hdds. On one hdd there is windows and my personal files. Its a pretty old hdd so i was thinking of putting an unactivated windows on my other hdd so i can remove the other hdd. Will this work?

I wanted to buy a used i7 4790k for around 180$ but i did some research and mostly people recommend buying an amd cpu instead of an intel one. Which one is close to the performance of an i7 4970k but is under 200$ used or new.
