Hey, im having a bit problem i have a working old dell laptop a fairly good one even having a 2nd gen i5 processor .So my problem is i got an fan error on dell diagnostic tool (fan not working ecen in high temp) so can i just attach a 4 pin 40mm fan (12v same )on the top side of laptop blower fan ? (Doesn't care about the looks) My laptop blower part is current out of stock

Yes, i already try to wipe and reinstall the GPU Driver (AMD website) and all display cable are plugged in correctly plug in plug out (HDMI) but the problem still persist. (GPU not overclock) I just play my game then i got disconnect to the game and after that my screen have flashing white dots. I try to check my cable by using it on my laptop to TV and it doesn't show any problem

I bought a brand new Gigabyte RX 570 series Graphic Card and for the past week it works fine but suddenly my screen have flashing white dots out of nowhere, when i play games it shows black lines so i try to use the Microsoft basic display to check if the monitor was the problem but it works fine (no flashing white spots) then when i turn it back to AMD driver the problem still persist. Please Help Processor: Intel i5-9400F GPU: Gigabyte RX 570 Graphics card PSU: 735W
