Just found this thread via a random Google search. Hybrid Cooling (based in France) might be your best bet. They do custom monoblocks and waterblocks.

Was going to get the B450i for cost reasons, but turned it was out of stock so had to fork extra for the x570i. And got the 3600 too. All good though, at least there's an upgrade path to Zen 3 in the future. Might get the highest core count Zen 3 chip next year. Will skip Zen 4 as I'm sure it'll be a different socket by then.

I edit videos and gaming, really. Unfortunately with the boards, those are the only models available that are ITX. Can't really go with a different form factor as my case is a Lian Li TU150.

Sold my rig over the weekend and I'm super stoked to shop for new hardware today! I will be recycling parts (GTX 1080 Ti, 2x16GB Corsair DDR4 2400MHz overclockable stable to 3200MHz, Noctua NH-D15 chromax.black cooler) from my old Intel rig into my first AMD build ever. I am working with a $590 USD budget. Any suggestions on which parts I should pick? 1080p ultrawide 200Hz display by the way.
