I want to rebuild the entire system but am having few issues like I want to upgrade the cpu but am confuse wether other cpu will be compatible with my motherboard or not and what's the max amount of ram I can put or where I can find ddr400 ram sticks to run on dual channel and finnally. Not since the motherboard only had VGA port I can't seem to find a male VGA to male hdmi salter and lastly idk which graphic card will be compatible.

Could you tell me some home-easy way to remove this old thermal paste off of the chip
