I've just recently built my first pc, but when I connected the hdmi cable from the gpu to the monitor, it doesn't get any signal. Also the usb ports doesn't seem to be working, and the gpu fans seem to be acting weirdly. The fans' speed goes fast (not max) and slows down in a pattern. Can anyone help me with this problem please?
