  1. My FPS in Monster Hunter was stable and I am only getting lags when I tabbed out of the game and the opposite happens with call of duty, game was laggy but stable when I tabbed out of the game
  2. my pc was lagging especially when streaming monster hunter and call of duty modern warfare.
  3. Hi, Im deciding on building a secondary pc for streaming using a Ryzen 3 3300x and a RX 500 series GPU. Should I go Ryzen 5 or the 3300x good enough? My current setup that I use for gaming is a Ryzen 7 3800x with a 2080 super. Thanks in advance
  4. Solved the problem. I think. I recently upgraded my mobo bios and discovered that the bios version is still beta. Transferred all the components to a different mobo and that has a stable bios version and everything works fine.
  5. Looking for suggestions where I can learn more about overclocking cpu, gpu, and ram. Something that explains all the components of overclocking in details including terminology and all that good stuff.
  6. So i did a clean install of windows and re-install all the drivers. the system seems to work fine, did some stress test with the cpu and gpu and it works totally fine. But when I oc'd the memory to 3600Mhz my pc rebooted once I launched Monster Hunter World. Updated: Did some memory stress test with AIDA64, system didnt crash. @#$%, this @#$% is annoying as @#$%!!!!
  7. Thanks a lot, I'll post the results as soon as possible.
  8. When I switch my power plan to Ryzen High Performance temps go between 30-50. On power saver mode cpu temp go between 22-30. GPU temp on idle to light use goes between 30 -40, while gaming goes up to 60 and junction temp goes up to 100, all in celcius. but when i searched for 5700 xt temps, it say that it is normal for the card's junction temp to reach that high. you think re-installing windows might help?
  9. Hi, I recently upgraded my processor and graphics card from Ryzen 5 3600x to Ryzen 7 3800x and from Gigabyte Radeon RX 590 to Aorus RX 5700 XT. Since then I keep on getting Kernel-Power Event in Event Viewer. I re-installed both chipset and gpu drivers, restored the default setting in the bios but nothing works. maybe it is the psu? Any help? Here's my build: CPU: Ryzen 7 3800x CPU COOLER: Gigabyte AORUS LIQUID COOLER 240 GPU: Aorus RX 5700 XT MOBO: GIGABYTE X570 AORUS ELITE RAM: 4x8GB Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO, 3600Mhz PSU: GIGABYTE GP-G750H 750W 80 PLUS Gold Case Fans: x5 Corsair QL120 Case: Cougar MX330-G
  10. Oh daamn. I revert everything to original settings and enabled PBO. ???
  11. Hello, I tried overclocking my Ryzen 5 3600x to 4.3GHz @ 1.4v and run a stability test using AIDA64. Temperatures stay between 70 to 80 but not exceeding 80 degrees Celsius. Im just wondering if thats a safe temperature for a cpu under stress. My setup: Motherboard: Gigabyte X570 Auros Elite CPU Cooler: Aorus Liquid Cooler 240 Chassis: Cougar MX330-G RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32Gb 3600GHz Thanks in advance
  12. Hi, I have an X570 Aorus Elite mobo with a Ryzen 5 3600x cpu. I'm just wondering if I could use a 3000MHz CL15 ram or do I really need something around 3200MHz and 3600MHz? I had my eyes on the G.SKILL Trident Z RGB 32GB 3000MHz CL15.
  13. Thanks a lot for the quick response. Much appreciated. ??
  14. Hi, I am building a PC that can last me for a long time for I am not planning for frequent component upgrades. Im currently deciding if I should go with an 8 core 16 threads Ryzen 7 or a 6 core 12 thread Ryzen 5 and which series should I go for. Also, I already have an AMD RX 590 GPU from my last computer that I am planning to use. I mostly play FPS games and also doing some game development with Unity. Thanks in advance.
