  1. hiya mate, what 10th gen i3 is it? because the gt 1030 is a subpar gpu, you’ll more than likely have to upgrade in some time, now for fortnite, you’ll have to run it on performance mode with low mesh’s and low view distance, for streaming i’d recommend using x264 with 5000kb/s bitrate, your fps should be okay with them settings as your using your i3 for encoding not the gt 1030

You don't need a dummy battery, but the cameras need power to run off of, so you would need to keep replacing batteries, they won't run from usb power(with some exceptions of new cameras that have a type c port)

But Id try to get a different camera if you can as this model doesn't support af during video. But if that limit is fine with you, it will work.

thank you for the reply 🙂

af doesn’t bother me as it will be kept in one place but quality wise, would a 1000D or a t2i be better because there almost the same price

  3. So, i have a quick question about the 1000D,

fo you need a dummy battery to use it as a camera for a pc? just looking for a cheap-ish DSLR kit for about £200 (i’m from the UK but help will still be very appreciated) to use as a decent quality for a webcam, i have done some research ahead of this and the most help i could find is just plugging in a USB to Type-C cable but nothing about needing a dummy battery,

any help will again be very appreciated:)

  4. Ok so, I've been thinking about building a custom keyboard, which has been something I've been wanting to do for awhile but I can't seem to find any EU/UK based websites that offer everything I need, if anyone is wanting a list of what I'm looking for, also I would like some extra information on whether the parts will come with stabilisers and whatever else I will need

    PCB - 5-pin 60% (I don't want to solder the switches)

Case - Anything 60% and black

Plate - Anything 60% and black

Switches - Zealious V2 (I'm not wanting to lube them just yet but i will do it in the future)

Keycaps - Anything Black and/or red

I know that's a lot to ask for but all I need is a link to a UK/EU based website that offer what I need,

    Many Thanks

    19.50.29.27 .... is Radeon Software version 20.4.2..?

    Release date May 26 2020.

There have been reports that Wallpaper Engine causes some crashing issues.

It is one of those applications that hook other 3D applications (e.g. like what Microsoft Teams is doing to me).

Make sure that is closed, and not running it the background.

Not sure if VoiceMeter can be causing problems too...

Other then that, MSi Afterburner, Ryzen Master, should be fine...

That version of the software is correct,

I will uninstall Wallpaper Engine now, see if that sorts anything

JEDEC standard is DDR4-2133 ... no need to go even lower.

What version BIOS are you using currently on your motherboard?

If it's a much older version, considering updating it.

What version Radeon drivers are you using?

Do you have anything else running in the background, aside from GTA V?

I've noticed, for me personally, my drivers will crash every so often with my AMD R9-Fury while playing OverWatch.

Turns out, at least for me, Microsoft Teams running in the background was causing the issue, and making the game tab out, etc.

Im running the latest bios for my motherboard and the driver version im using is 19.50.29.27-200515a-355311C

other than GTA V wallpaper engine is sometimes running, along with MSI Afterburner, Ryzen Master Logitech G Hub and VoiceMeeter.

But I dont understand what the problem is

  8. I made a forum post about this before and it was a temporary fix for the issue but a I will explain the issue again.

I play GTA or any game more demanding than CSGO but after maybe 10-35 minutes my AMD driver crashes and I'm forced to hard restart my pc.

Now if i am being honest its getting to the point where I cant use my pc to game (Which is my main reason I bought it)

I have tried using DDU maybe 3-4 times and reinstalled different versions of different drivers but nothing works, I was also advised to lower my ram speed, I went from 2800MHZ to 2666MHZ and the crashing still occured, I am now running at 2133MHZ and it's still occuring. Now for anyone wondering I am running A

    Ryzen 3200G

    2X8GB Corsair Vengence 3000MHZ

    ASrock AB350 Pro4

    ASUS Duel RX 580 4GB

    PNY CS900 SSD 120GB

    Seagate Baracude 1TB

    Corsair CX650M

I am thankful for any help that isnt a temp fix,

    Many Thanks

    Is that on a Ryzen?

If it is, turn off your memory XMP/DOCP. It's normal for XMP issues to manifest as GPU crashes on Ryzen platforms.

I am currently running at High/Medium and at uncapped fps (I had to cap at 30 fps and it'd still crash after about 10 minutes) and its running at 70+ fps and hasnt crashed currently.

    Thanks for the help

    Yeah, im running a 3200g,

that i wasnt sure of, I will set my XMP back to auto and ill jump into Final Fantasy to try it

  11. I have a ASUS Duel RX 580 4gb and i've read that whenever the "driver crashes" the gpu fan goes to 100% and monitor(s) turn black.

well this has been happening very frequently and in the nicest way possible quite frankly pi*&ing me off

i have tried DDU and reinstalled the reccomennded driver along with the optional driver, i have also gone as far as reinstalling windows, is there naything i could so stop this happening.

I am also capable of giving whoever replies a list of games this occures on

    Many thanks

I am a huge noob when it comes to OC'ing GPU's, last time I did anything was with my GTX 1080 over a year ago, haven't touched it since. So I am not the best resource on this. Also, I have never even OC'd or even spent the time looking up how to OC my RX 580 lol. I just know a lot on CPU and memory OC'ing haha.

Probably best to watch a few YouTube videos and if you still have questions just start a new topic specifically on OC'ing your RX 580. Sorry I could not be more help on this! I don't want top recommend anything I am not educated on!

It's alright, i'll go watch a few JayzTwoCentz video's on this (Sorry Linus :D)

Thanks for the massive help either way :D

Is there a way I can comment on your profile or give you a review??

Yeah good boost! I would maybe OC your GPU a bit, otherwise without going super in depth there is not much more to do.

I will get to that now, am I right in saying I should slide up my temp & power limit and use Heaven Benchmark?

and Should I turn up my Core by 5 and memory by 15?? or should I increase core by 10 and memory by 15??

Okay yeah so 2800mhz @ 1.35V is the most stable you can get.

Well, my Cinebench score went from 582 to 612 so I am happy with that :D

Is there anything else you would reccommend me doing :L

  15. 1 minute ago, TheDailyProcrastinator said:

Yeah that may be as high as you can go, memory OC'ing relies on multiple variables, it's much like overclocking a CPU some people can achieve higher speeds others cannot, at least you got a bit higher clock-speed. Did you try upping DRAM voltage?

I went as high as 1.425V at 2866mhz and it was still rebooting 3 times after saving my settings
