You can probably get it a little higher than that, but not too much higher. 6000-6400 would be roughly where I'd expect it to top out depending on CPU quality.

Two main reasons, not quite sure on the breakdown between the two:
Intel's memory controller is incredibly inconsistent, where there's over 1000MT/s between the worst and best CPUs for max memory speed. Odds are you're not that lucky and might've gotten one towards the bottom half of that list. With 13th gen the range for dual rank memory was between 6000 and 7200 for speeds that would work if you put in some effort, so with 14th gen being a little better on average I'd expect the range to be between 6400 and 7600 for the speeds that would work in this config with some effort tuning voltages.  4 DIMM setups are really weird with DDR5, regardless of motherboard. They require quite a bit of BIOS optimization to work (given that 14th gen is so new and the memory controller is a bit different than the 13th gen one it could be that the optimizations for it aren't fully done) and are much more susceptible to weirdness in the memory controller or DIMM mounting. They're not as bad as some people say, but generally if you're not comfortable putting in a bit of effort fixing the config, they should be avoided.  Another thing to note is that different CPUs require different IMC voltages to work at high speeds, and it's possible your chip does really bad at the motherboard/BIOS's default values but will do really well on manually tuned values. That's how my 13700K is, at stock values it can't run 7200MT/s yet with tuned voltages on the same board it will do 8000 and run benchmarks at 8400+.

I set it to 5600 MHz and it seems to be fine.

Any idea why 6600 would be unstable.  Is my motherboard possibly not good enough?

Ok, I guess that answers the stability question. You have two options:
Manually tune all the voltage settings to see if you can get it stable Give up and just start dropping the memory frequency until it's stable.

just update to the latest bios version. That will include a firmware update and an update to Intel ME

should be good if you don't plan to run both at 100% all the time, in which case you'd probably need your own power plant. 😉

No, you do not. The RM1000x will be more than plenty, even with the RTX 3090 / RTX 4090.

We haven't got any official reviews yet, so hard to know for sure, but their stock power figures (base and turbo power) on Intel Ark are identical and I'd expect gaming to be more than manageable. If you're using both CPU and GPU together in workstation type apps, then I'd wait for the reviews and compare any increase with what you already know your CPU/GPU are using.

I’m shocked… I unplugged the single fan from the AIO fans, plugged it back in, and now the RBG works and I can see it in iCUE!

Yea that's okay to me. As long as it's not pinching the cables where the fan meets the cables and at the EPS connector, you're good.

Pull back slightly and you'll feel it come loose then swing it open.
It's not it's a weird design and their marketing is confusing. Basically just has right angle hooking tabs that are stuck until you pull it back a bit

Case teardown videos are some of the most useful content. I've already timestamped the video so just click play.

I can't imagine what would be hindering it from opening. You've visually inspected inside, just to be safe and found nothing weird?

From personal experience: The back panel does require some force to get off.
No, it does not. Its well.. regular. The promotional vid is kind of stupid in that regard.

I removed the standoffs, but the backplate is barely budging.  I don’t want to just rip it off.  Am I missing something?

Motherboard is Asus ROG Maximus XIII Hero.

Backplate is from Corsair H150i Elite Capellix.

You only need to remove the sticker on the slot for the drive you're using. It won't really hurt to remove both, but it won't help either and might be a little worse when you finally use the slot

Preferably the top. The other slots connect to the chipset which limits bandwidth and increases latency.

Put it in the top slot, that one has the most PCIe lanes on that board.

If you're not using a PCIe 5 SSD, just use M2_2

LGA 1700 CPUs support up to 16 lanes of PCIe 5 and 4 lanes of PCIe 4, usually the former for a PCIe x16 slot and the latter for an M.2 slot. Therefore to provide a PCIe 5 M.2 slot, it's necessary to split what the PCIe x16 slot gets. PCIe can only split in half, so it has to be x8 + x4 rather than x12 + x4

It would mean your GPU has half the bandwidth available to it. It's not necessarily that bad, only like a 2-3% performance decrease, but it's still less performance than you realistically want to lose.

Use slot 2, on that board that's the best option.

Possibly. Usually I run Display Driver Uninstaller as well.

Are you in Safe Mode? That may explain the errors from Adobe and Nvidia, I've always booted into Safe Mode prior to running Sysprep and never had any errors like that.
