cinema 4d + octane mostly

Hey guys, I just got my new rtx 3090, before this I was using a 2070super. now I have them both at the same time. I knew that my vram in total was going to be 8gb because of the 2070, there is a way to temporaly 'turn off' the 2070 to be able to use the vram of the 3090 while working and then turn it back on at the moment of rendering? Because, I can tell the program to only use the 3090, but the vram is still limited to 8gb :/

Hi guys, new to the forum. I am lookking for a light program that will display in the corner of my screen the different temperatures of my pc components, I just got a new sistem and I am cheking different tipes of cooling solutions, i would like to see how they perform. Can you recomend one? i want it to be always on, not only on games. Thanks in advance ( :
