Okey I found a Solution after another like 3 houers of trying.
What I did was I hard flashed the drive, by installing windows in another drive where it worked and then turned of the pc. Disconnected the working drive and gone through booting again. Then at the start I pressed shift + F10 to get into CMD then I went throug the commands diskpart; list disk; select disk <the number of the boot drive>; clean; exit; exit (mind you I did not format the drive to GPT)
after that I went through the windows install, got to the reboot, pulled the stick out and it worked like a miracle.
Very weird experiance but enyway ihm done here.
