So I recently wanted to use all my 16GBs of ram as 8.1 was "hardare reserved". So I followed some tutorial on youtube which is now taken down and I changed my Maximum Memory to 16384. It shouldve worked. But now, Win10 starts as though I allocated no ram to it at all! Help!
