  2. I've heard that some B450s require BIOS updates. Does that apply to these two?
  3. I want to convert the $300 USD build in this to an ITX version and keep it running quiet. Here's what I have so far. All I'm really missing now is a motherboard, but I am having trouble reading the tierlist. Also, I wanted to know if I was doing something wrong with the fans, too many/little?

  6. I am trying to decide on what laptop I should get. I want it to be a professional-looking and lightweight machine. My budget is 1000 USD. less than 5lbs and portable light gaming (minecraft, esports titles like Overwatch) future proof (good processor, no history of failure) Some laptops I am considering https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07L31JP62/ref=twister_B081RP6F8L?_encoding=UTF8&th=1 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VC55LF5/ref=psdc_13896615011_t1_B07RGJ4PRJ ROG Zephyrus G GA502 HP x360 Dell XPS 15 Essentially, I want to be able to play a little, but also be confident that my laptop won't die in two years. I currently have an Acer Aspire E15 with an i5-825U and an MX150
  7. I've been looking at the Blades but I hear that their keyboard is bad. The issue I have with the G3 and G5 laptops are their weight (the ones I saw were >5lbs), girth or permanent red highlights on the keyboard or chassis.
  8. Hello! It's probably bad forum manners to open with such a broad question but I am a little strapped for time. I am looking for a portable laptop I can use in college classes and also for some light gaming. My budget is around 1000 USD. I want it to be able to handle esports titles like Overwatch and older games like Minecraft well portable so 5lbs or less stealthy and professional looking, NO SUPER GAMER AESTHETICTM P L E A S E upgradeability and a good IO assortment appreciated but not required Thank you!
