  3. Nothing should be overclocked on my PC. I'm not really sure if my PC is undervolted.
  4. I got a 0x124 error on my new PC, which is only over a month old. I wasn't even gaming on it, just clicking around on discord, should I keep an eye out to see if it happens again?
  5. Judging by the video, the script might have connected me to a server. Just to be safe, any way to sever my connection to it?
  6. Just did a full system scan with BitDefender and it removed the hack tool, everything else came back clean, so hopefully no malware. Just one more thing, will any win10 product key work?
  7. I got the dreaded "activate windows 10" watermark on my pc and got my dad to help me out with it. He opened up this video on youtube with a script in the description, and then copy pasted into text file, then ran it in CMD. This has really made very anxious, to the point I want to get rid of it and by a legit win10 key. Please help.
  8. My motherboard is a GA-B250M-HD, and I've been thinking about getting a WD BLACK SN750 NVMe SSD, but I'm not sure if it will be compatible. I'm not very tech savvy when it comes to these things, so please let me know, thanks.
  9. It's fine after restarting but I don't know when it's gonna happen again, I might just have to empty the wallet a bit and see if comes back haha.
  10. My dad installed windows for me so I'm 99% sure it's a pirated copy.
  11. This has been an irregular occurance lately on my PC. One day after playing a game, I got a notification that my win10 security needed to be reactivated. I tried to open it, but was painfully slow to load, and I also tried opening Chrome to find a solution, and found that loading any webpages took ages. I did a virus scan wit AVG and Malwarebytes, and found no malware, and after a PC restart everything was running fine again. Fast foward to a few weeks later and same thing happens again, except win10 security didn't turn off so I restarted my PC and everything was fine again. Fast foward again to today and the same thing happened, except that Malwarebytes now scans much faster than normal. Normally it takes 10 minutes to do a bacis scan, but it only took 4 minutes today. Might I be the victim of malware or is win10 just being garbage? There is also no abnormally high disk and cpu usage.
  12. Would turning on my AC help out? I forgot to mention it's currently Summer here in Australia and it can get quite hot in my room, maybe the room temperature is contributing to the heating? Sorry if that's a silly question, I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to PC parts.
  13. I got a small pc case that's fairly closed off, the card barely fit in when my dad replaced the old one.
  14. Recently my dad got me a MSI RTX 2060 Super Ventus OC. I've noticed it's been heating up quite a lot after playing some games, like it going up to 83 c while playing Black Mesa. It's also around 41 c when not doing anything. Is my graphics card not getting enough air? Or is the cooling on this card not very good or just faulty? Please help.
