It was running at 2993mhz as cpu won't support 3200

Hi, I was running 16gb ddr4 3200mhz Coshair Vengeance memory on a X470 gaming plus max board, Ryzen 7 2700x cpu, RTX 2070 Super GPU SSD 250gb running Windows 10 and recently installed 1 TV m.2 SSD. I then went to install 2 more memory sticks (exactly same type) today so total of 32gb then booted up seemed fine check system and was showing 32gb, played Minecraft for 2 hours fine, went into another game and pc just powered off but the fans / lights, GPU lights etc were still running but monitor, keyboard etc off, so had to do a hard reboot and proceeded to take about 5 attempts to boot up, when on and went to a game it would do the same thing, so removed the additional ram and now seems to be stable, not much testing though as it's late. Do you think my system just unable to run 32gb 8gb in each 4 slots?? Help please

Hi i have a Ryzen 7 2700x on a MSI X470 Gaming Plus motherboard with 16gb 3200 corsair memory and a RTX 2070 super jet stream gpu, i have a 2560 x 1440 monitor with 144 refresh rate, my FPS is ok at best on 2560 x 1440 resolution and high to very high graphical settings (40-60fps) what do you think i should do to get it over 60fps? should i upgrade cpu etc Any advice very welcome Thanks
