Yeah its a normal stutter and no I don't have g-sync I believe edit: double checked it has freesync

Just upgraded my rx590 driver and every few seconds the visuals freezes and everything else works until i alt tab in and out for it to freeze again. Does anyone have any solutions besides reverting the driver update?
