Sorry I forgot to mention this, I thought about trying that but I hesitated as I am not sure I have good enough cooling installed. I only have the CPU fan that came with the CPU and one extra at the back of my case. Maybe I shouild get more cooling before I start tweaking anything? Or is D.O.C.P safe with this cooling ?

Hey guys I am new here, I recently upgraded my PC. I installed AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-Core on a ASUS ROG STRIX X570-F GAMING with 64 GB of Cors.Ven 3200 mhz memory. I work mainly with software like Solidworks 2019-2020, Solidworks Vizulize (render), Blender 2.8x, Ps and LR 2020 and DoX Photolab 3.x. GPU is outdated, EVGA FTW GTX 1070 (8gb) at 1440p When monitoring my rigs performance while rendering I noticed that my memory is only running on 2133 mhz can Someone explain to me why and perhaps how I can fix it ?
