HyperX Cloud Alpha. Great quality, good audio and super comfortable.

I post things on here expecting people to help me, so it just feels like the right thing to do to help others on the site when I can. The golden rule  

Make sure you have all the latest drivers for your graphics card and chipset. Make sure your display is plugged into the graphics card and not the motherboard. On 8GB Ram, make sure all other applications are closed before launching your game. I'm pretty sure that ryzen cooler has a pre applied thermal pad, but just in case I would run a CPU stress test while monitoring your CPU temps to make sure you aren't throttling (anything over 80 degrees Celsius is critical, you can monitor your CPU temps by downloading Core Temp). A quick way to check if your RAM is getting throttled is to open Task Manager, play Fortnite for a few minutes, then tab out to task manager and see if your RAM utilization is high.

Any pc with enough ram for your workload and an ssd.

But even if you DO have all those softwares, NONE of them will talk to one another. I can't get my ASUS board's lighting to sync with my Corsair RAM lighting because they don't like each other. Why can't we be friends

600w psu can run any single gpu.

Don't even get me started on unstable software man. I literally can't even get ASUS Aura to LAUNCH. Which is why I made the point of "it seems like if you want a functional software you have to go Corsair" yada yada yada, then my rant on EXTREMELY overpriced corsair rgb

I think he's telling you to use that site so that you make sure everything is compatible. The worst thing is to get all your components and realize NONE of them work together. You can do this without PC Part picker, but PC Part picker just makes it easier

It's also 10x easier to look at, and to modify his build instead of redoing it all myself. It's a nice middleman for sharing builds easily.

Personal preference, but go with reputable stuff. Corsair, HyperX, Logitech, Razer, etc. I personally have a Logitech G703 mouse ($70), Ducky One2 Keyboard ($130), and HyperX Cloud Alpha headset ($100).

Just don't activate Win10 and you won't have to pay the $130. If you plan on dropping that much on a PC then you'll need some proper peripherals to go with it so I say you take the $130 you'll save by not buying an activation key and dropping it on a legit peripheral setup. You also didn't mention a headset or speakers, so make sure you have enough if you want to grab some 

and now we know ur cpu will bsod at 4.6 1.2v, imho you can try 4.7 at 1.3v, i wouldn't go for 4.8 ?
 
anything more than 4.7 you'll have to set a manual voltage higher than 1.3v.

Yeah, I left the voltage at 1.2 instead of changing it back to AUTO. I fixed it now

Still a good idea to do as suggested. You can watch how your CPU behaves on hwinfo64 during A64, and also test for stability.

The fans don't NEED to be running unless it's under stress. If they aren't running while you're gaming then it's a problem, but if they aren't running when you're just chilling in Windows then it's okay
 
 
 
 

I downloaded the Win10 installation media from Microsoft's website. It makes sense that a regular backup isn't bootable though but a second partition sounds like a good idiot proof thing to do, thanks!
