but arn't the connections the same between desplays, that would mean all i have to do is jerry-rig the speaker and camera to fit the screen and make sure the screen is the same size as the chassis of the phone?

I have a Xiaomi redmi 6 with a cracked screen. It has a 5.45 inch LCD screen. (Redmi 6 discription) I was wondering if i could change it to an amoled screen with a small notch. and if i can then what would i do to the speaker and camera at the top? the phone dimensions are 5.81 x 2.81. any suggestions would be great. i don't know if i should go this route or just buy a new phone. and while i am at it is it possible to change the cpu in the phone or not.
