So this method will clone everything from the old 250 gb SSD to the new m.2, and I should be good to delete everything from the old 250 gb and keep it for extra storage? Thanks!

Hello there, I just recently bought an ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 1TB 3D NAND NVMe Gen3x4 PCIe M.2 and I'm not sure how to properly "activated" and then migrate the OS win 10 without losing data. My rig: Motherboard: z170a m5 storage: SSD samsung 850 250GB (currently with OS) / SSD samsung 860 evo 500gb / HDD WD blue 1TB ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 1TB ( newly added but not active yet) Ram: G.SKILL 64GB (4 x 16GB) Ripjaws V Series DDR4 PC4-25600 3200MHz Graphic Card: ROG STRX 1070- O8GB BIOs setup: I'm not sure what to show but it's on XMP profile 1 for the OC 3200 MHz RAM Let me know if you guys need any extra information.
