  1. Yeah, the fans are not spinning regardless if I try to play a game, browse on the web or edit the fan speed in MSI Afterburner. The problem is that the graphics card is not working properly for me.
  2. Hey, everyone! Recently, I bought a Gigabyte RX 5700 XT Gaming OC 8GB and I've been having issues with it. The fans are only turned on at times during boot for a few seconds but stops suddenly as soon as it goes away. Device manager shows that the motherboard is recognizing the graphics card and that it's working properly. However, the card is not outputting much at all. The fans are not moving and will not spin even if I try to edit their speed and at which threshold of temperature it should use said speed in MSI Afterburner. The card is connected to my monitor through an HDMI cable so something is working, just not properly. Computer specifications: Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6GHz Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX Black DDR4 3200MHz 2x8GB Graphics card: Gigabyte RX 5700 XT Gaming OC 8GB Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming X570-PLUS BIOS: 1405 (2019/11/26) OS: Windows 10 Pro EDIT: Graphics card is updated with the latest AMD Chipset drivers and GPU drivers from AMD's main website.
