  1. So my RX 570 8GB MSI Armor OC is having these micro stutters when I play games. And I did some of my own diagnostics to see what might be causing these stutters and I noticed something odd. The power consumption on the card would drop from like 90-100W to 6W. And my GPU speed would drop from it's max clock or somewhere near there from like 1268Mhz and then hit 300Mhz. And my VRAM would do the same dropping from 1750Mhz down to 300Mhz. Do you guys think this is a PSU issue or something else? CPU: Ryzen 2200G GPU: RX 570 8GB MSI Armor PSU: Thermaltake Lite 450W RAM: 16GB DDR4 Mobo: Asus A320M-K Prime Storage: One 240GB SSD and One 2TB HDD 5400RPM
