    Good that you have fiber, you can always ask the isp for a boost of 100Megs or more. Now me i have 100 of VADSL and its almost the limit

    1º http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/960GM-GS3%20FX/index.fr.asp?cat=CPU your cpu its not compatible can be issue (but i dont think so) 2º https://www.vg247.com/2016/03/08/the-division-nvidia-364-47-drivers-issues/ you can try use other drivers from january 3º go nuts and re-install windows :3 4º check power settings in windows and in the bios
