Found out it was my mouse

So today i noticed something weird with my pc. Applications just randomly freeze in place (mouse doesn't respond to click) sometimes only way is to use the keyboard (tab+arrows). It even happens in safe mode. I did all the virus scannes and fixed registry but it didnt dissapear. Hope i can attach a video. VID_20191206_015003.mp4
