Try going into the safe mode or try to reinstall windows also make sure that your card is live and there is no problem with your bios.
 

Cut the power while Windows is loading, so that it detects a problem with startup, so you have the option to choose Safemode next time to start the PC. 
If you're able to enter Windows Safemode, it could be a  simple graphics driver problem. Then DDU the driver and try reboot normally.

Oh I have similar issue on mine build... On mine turning it off completely for a moment or entering and exiting flashmode (without updating anything) helps and disk is visible again. I read that its popular issue that nvme is not visible in bios after power supply loss. of course it doesnt help with bsod cause.

That error occurs because windows wants to protect your data and your hardware from dying on you.
 
try flashing the 3.5 version of your bios??, theres a chance it could fix it (last recommended version for 2nd gen ryzen)

I had r9 390 which is I think almost same core gpu and it maxed out at 82 C in furmark..even that cooler is not that efficiant.

in what PCIe? what are both rated for x1, x8, x16?
you can buy an USB hub, unless your ports can't handle much, if up to spec USB 2 or USB 3 then;

New SSDs usually do not come with any file system, as they aren't initialized. I don't know if this is normal behavior, but if it works now, it works.

Those are mediocre, since the perforated mesh has pretty large holes. You would be better with a very fine mesh filter like the ones from SIlverstone or Demciflex. 
 
Using dust filter fabric as you mentioned will work and is used in production applications but isn't exactly the most ideal since they do add a fair bit of flow restriction. Your best thing is to try to move the PC off the ground if it's capturing a lot of dust/debris. 

You don't need to take a photo of it.  Just run it with HWMonitor for awhile and save the log information.  That will show the highs and lows from the time you open it.
 
Usually, when all cores are active, a CPU won't boost to its highest frequency.  There are power limitations.  Even when it's single threaded though, different things like thermals can limit speed.  It's why we need to see the full picture.

panty hose spandex is cheap and its cloth so the fibers will help catch the dust but you will need a way of mounting it. there are thin mesh that sould give good air flow and catch some dust. thows will catch dust at the same time block air flow so its up to you.
 
its a fine line form some dust vs air flow. all dust filters will let in dust at some point besides holes in the side of the case will also let in dust anyway. positive air flow is recommended.

Yes, I know they give away free games, but the OP effectively stated he had just grabbed GTA5 for free on the Epic store - which I knew to be impossible, hence my confusion.

Epic Store gives away a couple of free games every week. GTAV was one of them a while ago, some point back in like June/July if memory serves.
